After a successful first conference in 2012 in Bratislava the European Biogas Association (EBA) announces its second event. 

The conference will take place in Hotel Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee, approximately 35 minutes from Schiphol airport, on September 30 and October 1. On October 2 you can join either one of the two study tours or Biomass Gasification Europe in Alkmaar. Energy Valley and Netherlands Enterprise Agency will co-host the event.

Opening speaker: Mr Rob Boerée

Mr. Rob Boerée, Director National Programmes at Netherlands Enterprise Agency, part of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, has confirmed that he will give the opening speech on September 30. He will talk about the importance of renewable energy resources in the long-term strategy of The Netherlands.

“We are delighted to co-host EBA’s biennial conference in the Netherlands  because we believe exchange of knowledge is essential for the development of the biogas industry. Biogas plays an important role in our National renewable energy system.
